Rate: Simplicana’s a la carte rate for certified professional organizing services is $85/hour, with a two hour minimum per session.

Big Jobs and Time Sensitive Jobs: A second, third or even fourth organizer can be available for an additional $45 per hour, per person, in addition to the lead organizer.

Consultations: $125 for a 60 minute consultation, which includes an emailed follow up plan with “homework” and a shopping list, if applicable. N.B.: While we offer these consultations for clients who feel more comfortable meeting before we begin, it is not necessary to have a consultation before we dive into an organizing project.

Errands: For an additional $45/store, we can pick up organizing supplies for you before our session. For shredding and hazardous waste drop-off, we charge $45 per errand (plus additional for cost of actual shredding). For consignment (clothing or Half Price Books), we split the final payout with our clients, 50/50- there is no additional errand fee for consigned items since there is no guarantee of payment.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, Zelle and credit card payments, due at the end of the session. We also accept Square (credit card) and Venmo payments made in advance. We do not accept PayPal payments at this time. All payments are due in advance or at the end of an organizing session- invoices must be paid day-of.

Zoom or FaceTime: 30 minute to 60 minute sessions available. Pricing is $60 per 30 minutes or $120 for one hour. All video consultations, just as the in-person ones, include a detailed follow-up, emailed within 48 hours. Payments via Zelle, Square, or Venmo are accepted and must be made in advance.

Travel Fee: A travel fee may apply for clients who live 25+ miles from Simplicana’s base (calculated with Google Maps). More details here.

First time clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 in advance. This amount will be deducted from our first session. For more information, please read our Payment and Cancellation policies.
